A small group of juniors gathered from across the Central region for the 14th tournament and final of the 2026 Junior Prince Series.

The final points from the series were added to the leaderboard and each player’s top five tournament results across the series were used to determine the overall winners for the series. Squash Central provided over $1000 worth of Prince products along with coaching vouchers for our top five players and a couple of extra prizes were given out on the day as well.

A special acknowledgement to Joel Grant who managed to play in ten of the fourteen tournaments which is an amazing achievement. We should also acknowledge the wonderful families who support (and drive) our players to these tournaments. The series wouldn’t be successful without the support of the Central squash clubs that put themselves forward to host these one day tournaments. Thank to our wonderful 14 clubs who hosted this season. Finally a special thank you to Prince who have provided support through some sponsorship of products which included spot prizes across the series at each event. Prince has a been a long time sponsor of this series which has been the starting point for many of our Central district and some of New Zealand’s top junior players.

Thank you to the Taihape Squash Club for hosting this event including the prize giving for the overall series. Division winners to this tournament are noted below along with our overall series winners.
