Squash Central Association Incorporated AGM and Council of Clubs will be on Sunday 2nd March 2025, 11am at Whanganui Squash Club.

Remit put forward by the Squash Central Board  At the committee meeting held on 26th November 2024 Pauline Waite moved that we adopt the new proposed constitution to align with Squash New Zealand and meet new regulatory requirements for the Incorporated Societies Act. Seconded by Daryl O’Hara, all agreed and passed. To be presented to members and voted on at Annual General Meeting on 2nd March 2025.

Any Member Club wishing to place a remit or motion for which notice is required before the Annual General Meeting shall give notice in writing of such remit to the Administration not later than one (1) calendar month before the date on which the Annual General Meeting is to be held. This Member Club shall then be required to promote and discuss such remit or motion at the Annual General Meeting.

Therefore, remits to Squash Central will close on 2nd February 2025 at 5.00pm. Please be specific if the remit is for the Annual General Meeting. Squash Central will accept no late remits.

Nominations for  positions can be made here   President, Treasurer, Vice President, Player Representative, Junior Convener, Sponsorship, Development and Participation Director, Marketing Manager, Masters Convener, Senior Convener, Referees Convener, Coaching Co Ordinator and Committee members.

If you are interesting in one of these please send your interest via the online nomination form on the website. The deadline for these is also 2nd February 2025 at 5.00pm. Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the AGM.

The AGM will be followed by lunch and the Council of Clubs meeting. Make sure your club is represented. If you would like anything in particular discussed at the Council of Clubs then please let us know.
