Nominations close on the 17th October so not long to go now! Our Awards dinner is at Whanganui Squash Club on Saturday 4th December 2021 starting at 6pm.
The following categories are up for grabs and the awards time frame is between 1st October 2020 and 30 September 2021. Our 3 judges base their decision solely on the nomination they receive.
As we celebrate the announcement of our move to level 2 and eagerly await the updates from SquashNZ around what this means for getting on court we want to also announce the release of our World Squash Day collectors Shirts... with $5 from every shirt sold going to our friends at the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand you'd be silly not to grab one!
Due to the current lockdown the Central Champion of Champions due to be hosted by Ohakune on the 10 - 12th September has been postponed to a later date this year. Central are still committed to hosting the event even though it will not be a qualifying for the Nationals in Whangarei. We simply have run out of time to go through the usual process.
