Due to the current lockdown the Central Champion of Champions due to be hosted by Ohakune on the 10 - 12th September has been postponed to a later date this year. Central are still committed to hosting the event even though it will not be a qualifying for the Nationals in Whangarei. We simply have run out of time to go through the usual process.

Congratulations to the following Central Masters who have been named in the Central Representative team. The NZ Masters Nationals are at Tawa Squash Club on the 15 - 19th October (fingers crossed). Good luck masters hope you get some decent time on court before you go.
Whanganui Squash Clubs Kent Darlington proved he was a true master of the court when he took his 4th consecutive masters title and 5th in 6 years, with only missing the title in 2017 due to injury and not being able to compete.
The 2021 New Zealand Secondary Schools were hosting by Devoy in Tauranga last week from 5th - 8th August and Central had several teams represent well, and 3 players named for the New Zealand Squads.
